TREAT YOUR SELF

Audiovisual piece for “Treat Your Self” - a new theatre show by Maria Luís Cardoso, 2023

The piece, just like the show, addresses the growing consumption within the wellness industry. It explores the guilt-inducing effects and moral duality of a world plagued by debt, shortages, and insecurities.

It raises the question: taking care of yourself or taking care of others?

The show played at @centrodearteslisboa between the 2nd and the 5th of March.
